Iveda Solutions gets Homeland Security nod
Phoenix Business Journal
Mesa surveillance technology firm Iveda Solutions has received a stamp of approval from the U.S. Department Homeland Security after and 18-month application and due diligence process.
Safety Act certification gives liability protection for providers of anti-terrorism technologies and their customers, facilitating access to government contracts.
Iveda Solutions offers real-time video hosting and remote surveillance using a secure data center, video surveillance facility, the Internet, and human intervention.
“We’ve been providing this service to our customers since 2005, but it is still a relatively new concept in the way video surveillance is done and should be done in order to be truly effective,” said company President David Ly.
Customers include the city of Mesa.
